Shipping & Fulfillment

We use UPS and USPS to ship coffee to our customers. Please note that UPS requires a physical address for shipments (PO boxes are not accepted).

Order subtotals over $100 qualify for free shipping!

Roasting & Order Lead Times
Our online shop is an extension of our roastery. Unlike picking up coffee at our downtown Logan Gallery Café or from a partner retailer, online orders must be added to our roast schedule, roasted, packaged, boxed, and shipped.

Please plan for up to one full week for order fulfillment before shipment. Orders are added to our roast plan Monday through Thursday and typically ship within one business week (Monday–Thursday) from the date they enter the roast schedule.

Orders placed Thursday evening through Sunday will be added to the following week’s roast plan.

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination and is not included in the fulfillment window.
