GRAPEFRUIT | HONEY | GREEN TEA | WALNUT

Meet Timuza, pronounced “Tih-moo-zah,” our newest single origin offering from the Eastern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea!

This washed, Organic coffee is named for the Timuza Coffee Cooperative, which represents more than 200 smallholder Indigenous farmers in the region. Thoughtfully grown and beautifully balanced, Timuza is a bright and inviting cup that feels especially lovely for the warmer months.

Aromas of high-quality green tea open the experience, followed by a honey-like sweetness that complements juicy grapefruit. The cup finishes with a grounding walnut note, bringing everything full circle into a clean, balanced, and refreshing brew.
