Grown in the highlands of northern Peru by the women and men of the CECANOR cooperative, this certified Bird Friendly®, Organic®, and Fairtrade® coffee shines with bright grapefruit acidity, mellow brown sugar sweetness, and baker’s chocolate.
As a Women Grown coffee, this offering is part of our ongoing commitment to uplifting women in coffee. Caffe Ibis has been a proud supporter of the Café Femenino movement since 2003 -- a pioneering initiative that empowers more than 800 women producers worldwide. As a woman-owned company, we donate 80 cents per pound sold of our Women Grown coffees to the Café Femenino Foundation and Planned Parenthood of Utah, helping to advance women’s health, leadership, and well-being.

We roast Monday through Thursday. To deliver the freshest coffee possible, and to reduce waste while maximizing efficiency, we build a customized daily roast plan based on orders received.
Please allow 3–7 roasting business days for us to schedule, roast, package, and ship your order.

Because our coffee is roasted to order, we cannot accept returns of coffee that was ordered correctly. Refunds, replacements, or credits may be issued for fulfillment errors, damaged products, or verified quality concerns. Please report any coffee-related issues within 14 days of the ship date. Ground coffee is eligible for refunds or replacements only in cases of Caffe Ibis error.
Other merchandise may be returned within 20 days of the ship date, provided it is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. Some exclusions may apply.
