In the meantime, we recommend the following options, all crafted from our Triple Certified, Swiss-Water Process Decaf Organic Peru green coffee (Organic, Fairtrade, and Smithsonian Bird Friendly®), each roasted to highlight a different expression:

  • Decaf Organic Peru — our lightest Bird Friendly certified decaf offering, balanced and approachable, ideal for drip, pour-over, and everyday drinking.

  • Decaf Organic Colibri — the darker roast expression of Decaf Peru, bold and chocolate-forward, and the closest match for espresso and darker roast lovers.

  • Decaf Organic Green Revolution — a blend of two roast levels of Decaf Peru, offering added depth and complexity while staying smooth and versatile.

These coffees share the same clean water-based decaffeination process and sourcing standards you expect, just expressed through different roast profiles while we work to bring the Mexico-based decafs back.
