Same coffee, new name! Formerly known as Colombia Huila, this offering is now named Colombia ANEI to more accurately reflect the producer group behind the coffee: Productores Agroecológicos Indígenas y Campesinos de la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta y Serranía del Perijá, also known as ANEI.

This is still the same exceptional Colombian coffee customers know and love, now with a name that better honors where it comes from and who produces it. Smooth and balanced, Colombia ANEI brings lovely notes of Red Apple, an impactful mouthfeel similar to Black Tea, and the lingering warmth of Cinnamon.

We roast Monday through Thursday. To deliver the freshest coffee possible, and to reduce waste while maximizing efficiency, we build a customized daily roast plan based on orders received.

Please allow 3–7 roasting business days for us to schedule, roast, package, and ship your order.

Because our coffee is roasted to order, we cannot accept returns of coffee that was ordered correctly. Refunds, replacements, or credits may be issued for fulfillment errors, damaged products, or verified quality concerns. Please report any coffee-related issues within 14 days of the ship date. Ground coffee is eligible for refunds or replacements only in cases of Caffe Ibis error.

Other merchandise may be returned within 20 days of the ship date, provided it is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. Some exclusions may apply.
