A new dark roast take on our beloved Decaf Peru, this version brings deeper richness and roasty complexity to a smooth, satisfying cup--all without the caffeine.
Grown under the shade of biodiverse canopy, this coffee is certified Bird Friendly®, Organic®, and Fairtrade®. The cup profile is lush and grounding, with flavors of fudge, toasted walnut, and a silky olive oil finish.
Decaffeinated using the chemical-free Swiss Water® Process, Decaf Colibri Dark is proof that you don’t have to sacrifice quality or depth of flavor when going decaf.
As part of our Women Grown program, Decaf Colibri Dark highlights the work of women producers and reflects our values as a woman-owned company. Since 2003, Caffe Ibis has proudly supported Café Femenino, a global network of more than 800 women coffee farmers. We contribute 80 cents per pound sold of our Women Grown coffees to the Café Femenino Foundation and Planned Parenthood of Utah--investing in women’s health, leadership, and economic empowerment.

We roast Monday through Thursday. To deliver the freshest coffee possible, and to reduce waste while maximizing efficiency, we build a customized daily roast plan based on orders received.
Please allow 3–7 roasting business days for us to schedule, roast, package, and ship your order.

Because our coffee is roasted to order, we cannot accept returns of coffee that was ordered correctly. Refunds, replacements, or credits may be issued for fulfillment errors, damaged products, or verified quality concerns. Please report any coffee-related issues within 14 days of the ship date. Ground coffee is eligible for refunds or replacements only in cases of Caffe Ibis error.
Other merchandise may be returned within 20 days of the ship date, provided it is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. Some exclusions may apply.
