Refund & Return Policy

Caffe Ibis guarantees 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we'll make a full refund.

  • Return coffee beans within 14 days of the ship date. Since ground coffee has a significantly shorter shelf life, returns of ground coffee can be made only in the event of roaster error (i.e. wrong coffee, incorrect grind, etc.)
  • Return other merchandise within 20 days of the ship date.

How to Return Items Purchased from this Web Site

  1. Call 888-740-4777 to obtain authorization.
  2. Re-pack the item in the original packaging.
  3. Mail the return shipment to:

  4. Charges will be refunded to your credit card within 30 days of our receipt of return. Any exchanges will be made as soon as possible.

Please note:

  • All items must be returned in their original, new condition including all original packaging.
  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

Shipping Policy

We use UPS to ship coffee to our customers. UPS requires a physical address for shipments, therefore, PO box addresses are not allowed for shipping Caffe Ibis coffee.
