After picking, the coffee cherry is held in nylon bags for up to 16 hours to begin softening and developing additional sugars. The fruit is then removed, and the coffee seeds are placed into a sealed fermentation tank with dried jasmine flower powder and yeast before being patio-dried, wet-hulled, and dried the rest of the way.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003eThe result is an exceptionally floral and expressive cup that really comes alive as it cools.
