Deli Prep Cook
Applicants must be flexible working between the hours of 5am and 6pm Monday through Sunday, and some nights as late as 10pm. Café, retail and food service experience preferred. Within the cafe, support a culture of pride, ownership and desire to exceed expectation and foster a culture of flexibility. Support a sustainable, whole food, organic, local and seasonal emphasis by cultivating our Caffe Ibis and Deli Mission Statement. Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities and to problem solve, and a current Food Handlers Permit. Basic computer technical skills required as well as the passion to adapt and learn.
Wholesale Account Representative
This position will work with existing customers and partners, propagate new customers and partners, work effectively with staff, customers and partners to promote all things Ibis, and be a positive force for our customer base. The successful candidate ideally will have:
- a background in business and/or marketing
- extensive coffee knowledge and passion, including but not limited to coffee equipment and coffee preparation practices
- an understanding of our products, operations, customers and partners, and company history and values
- a willingness to participate in planning and execution of promotional activities (trade shows, demos, special events, educational events, etc.), often after business hours
- a willingness to participate in weekly sales meetings and cuppings
- a never ending desire to continue learning and growing in the business and industry
- a dynamic, enthusiastic personality and ability to communicate and create synergy with staff, customers and partners through each step of the value chain
- the ability to travel/visit customers multiple days per week
- MSOffice and technology skills
- superb organizational and time management skills
