Introducing Cual Bicicleta! Crafted by fourth-generation coffee farmer Oscar Omar Alonzo Aguilar, this unique coffee from the Marcala region celebrates a legacy of sustainability and innovation. Named after Oscar’s metaphor for sustainable farming—like riding a bike, where balance, persistence, and respect for the environment are essential—Finca Cual Bicicleta is committed to quality and eco-conscious coffee growing and processing methods.

This year’s limited natural process lot delights with notes of cascara (coffee fruit), nutmeg, and a hint of bubblegum. It’s a memorable selection that reflects Oscar’s dedication to both tradition and progressive farming techniques. Savor the story of Cual Bicicleta in every cup!

We roast Monday – Thursday. In order to get you the freshest coffee possible – and to reduce waste and maximize efficiency – we create a daily customized roast plan. We ask for 2 – 3 *roasting* business days to schedule, roast, package, and ship your order.

Thanks for your understanding and supporting us towards our mission for quality and freshness, while supporting social and environmental stewardship.

Caffe Ibis guarantees 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll make a full refund.

Return coffee beans within 14 days of the ship date. Since ground coffee has a significantly shorter shelf life, returns of ground coffee can be made only in the event of roaster error (i.e. wrong coffee, incorrect grind, etc.)
