Mountain Grown Specialty Grade Coffee

The coffee revolution in America started with mountain grown specialty coffee. Sometimes it was organically grown and shade grown without third party certification (it did not exist). Sometimes it was even purchased at a premium price that made it back to the farmers. The bottom line was that it tasted so much better than commercial supermarket coffee there was no mistaking the difference.
High grown coffee tastes better than flat land coffee when all the other variables are controlled.

Specialty graded coffee tastes better than exchange grade coffee when all other variables are controlled. The quality of these coffees adds to their sustainability.
